What does the price include?

The price includes: buffet breakfast, dinner (if you choose half board), parking, access to the private beach and swimming pool, sunbeds on the private beach in front of the hotel, one beach towel per person and per stay,  bicycle rental, access to the ‘Nature’ outdoor sauna, use of the ‘Technogym’ outdoor fitness area, Wi-Fi internet connection in the room and throughout the resort, VAT. 

What is not included in the price?

The price does not include: drinks at meals, extras, tourist tax, sun loungers and parasols placed by the pool, cabana stations, sun loungers and parasols placed on the public beach by the sea, additional beach towel, car and electric bike charging, use of tennis courts and anything else not specifically mentioned in “the price includes”.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSì, American Express. The transaction is safe as your personal data is encrypted and treated with the utmost confidentiality.
We also accept payment by bank transfer before arrival or you can pay cash according to the maximum amount established by law.

What is the cancellation policy of the resort?

For bookings with a standard rate the holiday can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Any deposits received will be refunded. For cancellations and/or modification received within 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged. In the event of a no-show, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation by pre-authorising the amount of the penalty fee.
Reservations made with credit cards expiring prior to the stay, with invalid, missing or incorrect card codes or cards whose holder is not also a guest are not considered valid and confirmed.
For bookings with a ‘non-refundable’ rate, there is no refund in the event of cancellation, regardless of when it occurs.

What time is the check-in time? What time is check-out?

The room booked can be occupied from 14.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure. With the check-out all the included services (parking, beach and swimming pool) also end.

Is it possible to book a late check-out?

Late check-outs must be arranged in advance with the reception staff and are subject to an extra charge depending on the services you wish to extend.

Is it possible to park my car?

A convenient car park, adjacent to the hotel, is available free of charge to all guests of the resort.

Are cots and/or cots available for children sharing a room with their parents?

Our youngest Guests, under 2 years of age, can stay for free in a cot/crib. Lunches, dinners, baby food preparation and baby sitting services are available on request at an extra charge.
If the presence of your children has been included in the booking, the rate also includes their stay.
If you have not included the presence of your children in your reservation, the supplement will be applied upon your arrival at the hotel. 

Are there rooms for smokers?

No, smoking is not permitted in the resort’s rooms.

What treatments can be booked on the website?

On the website, you can book stays with a bed and breakfast buffet or stays with half board, which includes a bed, breakfast buffet and dinner.

Do you have any special dietary requirements or allergies?

In the event of special dietary requirements, gluten-free, organic, vegan and vegetarian products are available. Please inform our staff of your dietary preferences and/or allergies when making your reservation and also on your arrival.

Does the hotel have internet access? 

Yes, throughout the resort and in each room you can connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi network free of charge for the duration of your stay. On arrival, you will be given a password that will allow you to surf without time limits.

Are there rules for pets? 

Yes, the resort rules are also available on our website. Small and medium pets are allowed in the resort. There is a daily supplement  which includes a useful welcome kit, a range of services designed for your furry friend and a thorough cleaning of the room.

Is it possible to rent a bicycle?

Our guests can rent our city bikes free of charge for pleasant rides around the city or for excursions around Jesolo.

Do you offer a laundry service?

A dry-cleaning service, operating from Monday to Friday and requested at least 24 hours in advance at the reception desk, will wash and iron your clothes for an extra charge.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, the service is available at an extra charge.

Is it possible to eat in the resort restaurant? Is there also a bar in the resort?

Our newly refurbished restaurant is open for dinner for resort guests. We offer delicious à la carte menus to satisfy even the most discerning palates.
A snack bar and fast food service is also offered in our pool bar where you can enjoy cocktails and cool drinks. Inside the hotel you will find the lounge bar, perfect for sipping fine cocktails, thirst-quenching drinks or a good coffee.
